All videos/songs are first uploaded and published at website before entering another publisher. For example my latest video for I Travel Back In Time was published with the website on 11/29/2013. Then I uploaded it to youtube on 11/30/2013. So my website, that I am the sole proprietor (owner) of, is the first public publisher of any of my artistic material. All protected by US copyright.
